We are excited to share some significant project progress since our last construction update in June. Abatement and demolition work of the old facility has been completed.
Our foundations subcontractor, Drilltech, is mobilizing to begin soil testing as a part of structurally stabilizing the soil before major construction of the new building begins. The stabilization process is called Deep Soil Mixing (DSM) and has been utilized at many nearby projects. While not much of this work will be visible, soil testing will be ongoing over the next several months. More information on Deep Soil Mixing (DSM) is available here >>
NOTE TO NEIGHBORS: We anticipate the Contractor team will be working this Saturday, August 3, from 7 am to 7 pm. We anticipate more Saturday work and extended hours in August or September, once DSM site work commences. We’ll follow up once we have more details.
Thank you for your support of this project.
