The construction of the Golf Course Clubhouse is moving right along. Earlier this fall, we experienced some supply chain delays that lengthened the duration of the project and pushed back our projected opening date. The project is now scheduled to wrap up in late December 2023. We’ll keep you posted once we have a firm opening date determined.
Construction work is humming along well now. We recently completed the patio and exterior ramps, and our contractor is working now to put up new drywall inside. The delivery of the window flashing that lines each window is an item that has been experiencing long order fulfillment times this year, so we are waiting on that in order to install the clubhouse windows. To keep on schedule with the interior construction, our contractor installed the plastic film barrier shown in the photos to protect the building from the elements. Over the coming months we will be focused on completing more of the interior renovations. Thanks for following our progress and stay tuned for more construction updates!
