Hi neighbors! The Herz Playground renovation is rounding the corner this summer and you can see the space is really taking shape! The new play equipment has been installed and the foundation for the climbing wall is now up. The playground surface is being prepared to receive new artificial turf and a ‘blue river’ of poured-in-place rubber surface. Seatwalls with ornamental boulders have been laid out strategically throughout the site, and picnic tables will arrive for the courtyard soon. This next month, we're looking forward to the restrooms getting new tile and new fixtures, to new fencing being installed around the site, and to watching as all the new plantings go in.
