Despite the wet winter weather, we're making good progress at the 900 Innes site and anticipate completing the project in late 2024!
We're currently finishing the Lithocrete pours on the piers and anticipate stenciling for the Lady Bayview art piece later this month. Shipwright's Cottage will be lowered soon after completing its basement walls. Wall framing is ongoing at the park's buildings, and site excavation for the park's retaining walls has begun. Handrail installation on pier 1 is ongoing, and restroom interior work, including tile installation, is in progress.
