We are excited to announce that we are moving forward with the planning effort to install a new prefabricated restroom at Precita Park.
Rec and Park staff recently attended the Precita Valley Neighbors community meeting (https://precitavalleysf.org) to share information about the proposal.
While no decision has been made yet on a specific location for the new restroom facility, the neighbors in attendance expressed general excitement about the project and asked that we consider locating the new restroom toward the east end of the park, near the children’s playground. Please refer to the conceptual presentation package on the location options that were presented and preferred location.
Rec and Park will continue to develop the project and will report back to the neighborhood once more information is collected and developed.
