We are coming down the home stretch toward substantial completion and park re-opening. Synthetic turf has been installed and natural turf sod installation is nearly completed and will be finished next week.
Deck work and planting should be completed by mid-October.
We are working with the contractor team and suppliers to finalize schedules for the following items:
- Lighting (electrical subcontractor is on site and working this week)
- Fabrication, delivery, and installation of picnic table and benches
- Fabrication, delivery, and installation of donor and supporter plaque
Over the next two weeks, we will be wrapping up pathway work in a few areas to ensure disability access compliance.
We are pushing to reach substantial completion and park re-opening as quickly as possible while ensuring quality standards are met. We will be including more information regarding park re-opening in our next update. Stay tuned! Thank you for your support and patience of this project.
