San Francisco Recreation & Park Department (RPD), in partnership with KABOOM!, will be improving the children’s play area at Silver Terrace Playground. The project will add new nature-based structures, including a nature exploration area and picnic seating.
RPD is seeking your feedback on the design for this upcoming project:
1) You are invited to join the Community Meeting on Saturday, January 20 from 10:00am-12:00pm. Meet at the Playground: 1700 Silver Avenue. Imagery of future structure options will be presented for feedback. RPD’s Children in Nature Division will be setting up Nature Exploration stations for children to explore, create, and share their ideas.
2) Take our electronic survey now through February 15. Paper versions of the survey will be available at Saturday’s community meeting in English, Chinese, Filipino, and Spanish.
