We are excited to share that we will be releasing a Release for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQP) for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) for the Kezar Pavilion Renovation Project in early 2026!
This will allow us to integrate the contractor into the project team as the design is still being developed. We will announce on the RFQP has been posted on the City Partner website.
The project’s allocation from the 2020 Earthquake Safety and Emergency Response Bond has been reduced to $20 million and the remainder of the project’s funding is planned to come from a 2028 Parks Bond. This will allow us to align the project’s schedule so that the 2028 Bond funding is available once we are ready to start construction.
