Due to heavy rain and winds, and then saturated soil, construction at Esprit Park was paused for nearly a month. We are happy to report that our contractor is back on site and making progress. Recent updates include:
- Street Improvement Permit approved by the Bureau of Street Use and Mapping
- Updating alignment of domestic water and irrigation lines to minimize impact to roots of existing trees
- Team review and approval of concrete seat wall and paving mockups
- Team review and approval of mockups of reclaimed granite curbs
