Hillpoint Park has incredible views of the surrounding area, a special Bay overlook, a large community lawn and 6 reservable picnic tables. The park is also right across the street from Innes Court Playground.  

 

Hillpoint Park Group Picnic Area will be available for reservations beginning on September 1, 2025. The group picnic area includes 2 barbecues and 6 picnic tables. Please stay tuned for more information on how to make a reservation at the Hillpoint Park Group Picnic Area.


Hillpoint Park is currently under the responsibility of the developer, until OCII issues the Certificate of Completion (COC). OCII expects to issue the COC by Fall 2025.
