Does the marina maintain a wait list? Yes, the Marina currently maintains a wait list. An annual wait list fee is required to initiate and maintain one's priority ranking and precedent date on the wait list.

Interested parties may request more information and the required forms by contacting the Harbor Office at (415) 831-6322.

Individuals currently on the wait list may check their current ranking and precedent date by selecting the appropriate berth length. 

Vessels for Sale to Wait List

The below vessels are eligible for a transfer of the berth with the sale of the listed vessel to the highest person on the wait List for the respective berth size. There is a substantial transfer fee associated with a berth transfer, see Section 7, H (3) of the Marina Rules and Regulations. If you are interested in purchasing any of the below vessels, please contact the boat sellers. For more information, please carefully read the "Berth Transfer Procedures" and the "Marina Rules & Regulations" under the Policy Information tab for details.
