The project is 85% completed! The sod was recently installed and needs 60 days for full establishment (recommended time for roots to attach to the earth and grow strong before being walked on) The fences are 90% installed, fixtures are starting to be installed, utilities are being tested, tweaked and retested before inspections in October.
