The ADA Pathway Improvement Project at San Francisco Botanical Garden is now complete!
All designated ADA-compliant paths are now complete and open to the public. Thank you for your support throughout construction. This will be our last blog update for this project.
This project involved extensive regrading and repaving of asphalt pathways, installation of new metal handrails, and building of new stairways and ramps throughout the Garden. Together, these upgrades mark a major milestone to improving accessibility and enhancing the visitor experience across the Garden.
Our contractor will still be on-site periodically over the next month to clean-up, handle finishing touches, and closeout the project, but we expect minimal disturbance to Garden visitors.
