We are excited to share our progress on this project since our last update in May. The General Contractor has mobilized at the Portsmouth Square Garage and work is underway!
The contractor is currently removing the older components of the first elevator and will start to install the new elevator machinery in the coming weeks. This first elevator will be out of service while under construction, but the other two elevators are operating as normal.
We anticipate construction will last one year and be completed in early summer 2025.
