Hello neighbors! Our contractors are wrapping up the installation of the new rain garden and improvements to the ADA parking spaces in the Geneva Street parking lot at Crocker Amazon. We’re expecting substantial completion of this project and pivoting to closeout by the end of January.
Since our last update at the end of November, we’ve reached several important milestones. Sidewalk renovations along Geneva Street are now complete. The new rain garden is also functionally complete, and we expect to have planting completed in the new rain garden by the end of January.
The soccer fields were completely renovated last year and are open to the public. The soccer fields will remain open for the remainder of the project, separate from any other remaining work on the rain garden and the parking lot.
