As mentioned in our last update in August, our contractor has been working diligently to remove and replace a damaged, underground storm drain line on the east side of the building. Replacing this long length of clay pipe is a priority, so we can begin paving work and other exterior improvements before the winter rainy season.
Work continues steadily on the interior of the building. We removed and abated some patches of dry rot. The structural steel to reinforce the renovated facility has been delivered, and the contractor will begin framing and roofing work soon.
