Since our last update in July, the construction crew has begun priming the lath plaster walls which were repaired last month so they can be painted.
We are also working to test, repair, and reinstall all the fixtures throughout the building.
And in the main social hall, we had tried to save the existing floor, but the water damage from the sprinklers was too extensive. We are now leveling and repairing the subfloor so next month we can begin to install a new maple floor.
