Since our last update in November, demolition, excavation, and site work has wrapped up. Contractors are now working on preparing the footings for the future building structure.
The City has been working on workforce development through CityBuild and Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD), and through these partnerships, we have engaged two local laborers and one local carpenter who are currently working on site.
