We have issued Notification of Intent to Award to Swinerton Builders for the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) contract. Stay tuned for an update on when we will be at the Rec and Park Commission for award of contract.
You may notice a drilling rig on site on 7/21 and 7/22. This is our environmental consultant, completing environmental testing for Maher Ordinance Compliance.
