Contractors have begun removing the old synthetic turf and infill at the soccer field. Other improvements around the soccer field include replacing the fencing, installing new lights, repairing the bleachers and repainting the restroom.
The construction contract for this project has been awarded to Robert A. Bothman Construction Corporation and Yerba Buena Engineering. Work will commence in December 2019 and will run approximately 4 months.

The drinking fountain has been installed and the grill replaced with a double wide version. The final component of this project is to install a community bulletin board and our staff is waiting for the rains to end for that to happen. We hope everyone is enjoying the improved amenities at this park.
We are in the home stretch of preparing the bid package and plan to put this project out to bid by the end of January.
Construction is anticipated to start in December 2019 and will run approximately 4 months.
Verde Design, Inc. is moving along with the design of this project and we will be reviewing 90% construction documents shortly.
