Exciting update! With the relevant site permit addendum from the Department of Building Inspection (DBI) now issued, we have begun work to support the foundation for the new building.
The contractor team started Deep Soil Mixing (DSM) production this week (September 25). You will see large, specialized equipment on site. The DSM work stabilizes the soil under the new building. This work is anticipated to take a couple months. More information on Deep Soil Mixing (DSM) is available here >>
We are also actively working to award trade packages for the remaining scopes of work for the project, under Swinerton Builders as general contractor through our Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) contract delivery method.
