Hello neighbors! We have a few quick updates to share since our last update in January.
Last month, we met with architects to review project materials. The construction drawings are now in production and we’re aiming to submit the permit at the Department of Building Inspection (DBI) this month.
The clubhouse is a 2,060 square-foot single-story facility equipped with a multi-purpose room, restrooms, a kitchen, and an office. It was originally built in 1949 and then renovated in 1991. Planned improvements include the reconfiguration and renovation of interior spaces in the clubhouse, access improvements, landscaping, and beautification.
