Following the Planning Commission (9/28/23) and PUC Commission (10/10/23) hearings, the Ocean Beach Climate Change Adaptation Project was heard at the Rec Park Commission on Thursday, October 19th. The Commission unanimously approved the project the associated actions. The Commission presentation can be viewed here and the staff report can be viewed here.
The next step for this project is a hearing on the road closure of the Great Highway Extension at the Board of Supervisors Land Use Committee. This item has not yet been scheduled.
