Request for Proposals
The San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department seeks proposals to lease the Pavilion at Mission Creek Park. The 1,000 square foot space features floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of Mission Creek and the Esplanade. The Department seeks a lessee to operate a café or recreational concession that fits well with the neighborhood. The Department seeks a tenant who will operate and maintain the premises through a lease from 3 to 9 years.

  • Request for Proposals issued – Wednesday, February 26, 2025
  • Pre-submittal Meeting and Site Visit – Tuesday, March 18, 2025, 10am at the Mission Creek Pavilion (290 Channel St)
  • Pre-Submittal Site Visit #2 – Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 2pm at the Mission Creek Pavilion (290 Channel St)
  • Pre-Submittal Site Visit #3 – Thursday, April 3, 9am, at the Mission Creek Pavilion (290 Channel St)
  • Additional site visits available upon request by emailing Neal.Patel@sfgov.org
  • Deadline to submit questions – Thursday, April 24, 2025, 4pm
  • Proposal Due Date – Monday, May 12, 2025, 4pm
  • Community feedback on submittal summaries due – Wednesday, May 28, 2025, 4pm
