EcoCenter Playday on September 28
In honor of National Public Lands Day, join us for our EcoCenter Playday on Saturday, September 28 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Heron’s Head Park (32 Jennings Street.) Begin the day with a volunteer work party and participate in activities including creating native plant seed bombs, fishing lessons, participating in bee workshops, climbing our mobile rec rock wall and more! Heron’s Head Park Volunteer Workparty
Join the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department and the Port of San Francisco in our joint stewardship of Heron’s Head Park! Heron’s Head Park is home to over 100 species of birds and an off-the-grid sustainable learning center. Heron’s Head Park offers a wonderful opportunity to learn about the historic Hunter’s Point neighborhood and its diverse open spaces.
