Here is the latest update: As you know, the appeals board voted 4-0 to deny the appeal on November 14th. The appellant had a 10 day period to file a re-hearing request. The last to file this request was November 26th. On that date, the appellant submitted a re-hearing request. The hearing for on this request is scheduled for December 12th, in City Hall, Room 416 at 5pm.
