Coming Spring 2014!
New moms spend this class getting back into shape while bonding with baby. Walk, jog, run and exercise with your 6-24 month-old baby in a jogging stroller and other new moms facing the same challenges as you. Please bring your baby, jogging stroller, water bottle and a baby blanket/towel, all fitness levels are welcome. Also open to pregnant women who want to maintain their fitness levels. Classes will take place at Bernal Heights and Upper Noe Recreation Centers.
