Dolores Park Works is a nonprofit park advocacy and service organization that’s been tending the park since 2009; Helen Diller Playground opened to great fanfare in April after a six-year-long battle to construct it.
The winner will be announced this evening at 7 p.m. during SF Beautiful’s <3 SF party at the SF Armory Drill Court on Mission and 14th streets. There will be food trucks, a beer garden, rickshaws and music. Admission is free, but an RSVP is required.
For more than 60 years, the nonprofit group SF Beautiful has worked to create and maintain the beauty of San Francisco.
