Join the Friends of the Visitaction Valley Greenway at a weekly volunteer workparty from 10 am- 12 noon. Learn new horticultural skills at this green jewel in the heart of the Visitacion Valley neighborhood. Six separate, themed lots between Leland and Tioga streets comprise this open space. The Greenway provides nearly 2 acres of critical outdoor space for a diverse community of wildlife and city-dwellers. All supplies, tools, and gloves are provided by SFRPD. Meet at the gate next to 141 Arleta Avenue between Alpha & Rutland Streets. Light refreshments served
