If you love your parks, and are looking for a meaningful and substantive way to make a positive difference, come on out and volunteer with the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department! On the second Saturday of every month, we enhance habitat on Strawberry Hill in Golden Gate Park. To sign-up for this volunteer opportunity, please email recparkvolunteer@sfgov.org or call 415-831-6884 by the Wednesday prior to the workday. All instruction and needed tools are provided. If you’re sensitive to sun, don’t forget your sun block lotion and hat.
