Part 1: Volunteer Application: The following information is needed by the Recreation and Park Department to ensure that volunteers have a safe and enjoyable volunteer experience and that the children and adults under our care are safe and secure. If you have any questions regarding this application please contact the Volunteer Office at 1-415-831-6884 or e-mail us at recparkvolunteer@sfgov.org. All fingerprinting is by appointment only and located at the Millwright Cottage next to Murphy Windmill at West End of Golden Gate Park. IMPORTANT NOTE: San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department requires all Volunteers to show proof of vaccination when you are volunteering indoors and/or working with children. Your application will be denied if you fail to meet this requirement.
