The major construction activities have been completed and we are near the finish line on this much anticipated addition to the neighborhood! The Design and Construction teams have been working hard, and much progress has been made over the past couple of months on the exterior and interior of the project. See highlights below:
- Pool Plastering,
- Filling pool with water,
- Installation of Wood Slats in Natatorium,
- Multipurpose Room finishes,
- Landscape work including tree planting, ground cover, and new sod,
- Trespa panel installation at the Clubhouse exterior façade ,
- Art Glass installation, and
- Mural restoration by Precita Arts Muralists.
Completion and reopening of the pool is expected winter 2020/21. We Look forward to sharing this project with you!
