Event Accessibility Information
Parking and passenger drop off
Crocker Amazon Park, and the surrounding neighborhood, have very limited parking, so we recommend using alternative forms of transportation. Parking is not provided for this event. There are five accessible parking spaces in the lot off Geneva Avenue, between Moscow and Brookdale. There is also space to drop someone off in this lot. Note that this lot gets very full, and you may have to wait to get in. It is approximately 1000’ along the pathway to the event from this lot
There will also be a temporary passenger loading zone on Moscow Street at Italy Avenue, alongside the park, near the two accessible parking spaces. It is approximately 350’ along the pathway to the event from this passenger drop-off zone.
Activities and performances
American Sign Language interpretation will be provided for stage performances. There will also be designated seating for ASL-users close to where interpreters will be stationed on the stage.
Most activities will take place along park pathways to help make them accessible, and there will be a roll-out pathway leading to a viewing area close to the event stage.
Front-of-line wristbands are available for guests who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue environment due to a disability. The wristbands are good for one front-of-line admission to each activity or ride, and the guest can bring up to five family members. You can request a front-of-line wristband from the event information booth, at the entrance to the event near the Moscow Street parking lot.
Service and Support Animals
Service and support animals are welcome, but must follow strict guidelines, such as always being under the owner’s control. If your animal does not follow the guidelines, we may ask you to remove your animal. Stop by the information booth at the entrance to the park near the Moscow Street parking lot for more information.
