Urban Ag Program Year 1 Kickoff Working Group Meeting: September 11th!

Greetings Urban Agriculture Program Interested Stakeholders!

We are reconvening the Urban Ag Working Group to kick off Year 1 of the new citywide Urban Agriculture Program:

When: Wednesday, September 11, from 10 am-12 pm

Where: Rec and Park Department Capital Division, 30 Van Ness Ave, 5th Floor, Electrical Conference Room (ask receptionist for help finding it!)

The goals of the first meeting will be to review a draft job description for the new Urban Agriculture Program Coordinator in preparation for recruitment and to set goals for Year 1 as a step towards finalizing the Year 1 work plan.

The working group is an informal interagency collaborative.  Members of the public are welcome to come to meetings and provide input and suggestions.

We look forward to working towards getting our one-stop shop set up and getting a full-time Urban Agriculture Program Coordinator on board to help us accomplish our work plan goals!
