Quick update about the appeals process. As you know, the appeals board voted 4-0 to deny the appeal, but the appellant had a 10 day period to file a re-hearing request. The last to file this request was November 26th. On that date, the appealant submitted a re-hearing request. The confirmed date of hearing for this request is not known, but will likely be held on December 12th, in City Hall, Room 416 at 5pm. The Department will submit a request to expidate this hearing request to see if it can be held earlier. Please check back for more details and updates about the project.
