The stair replacement at Sussex and Elk Streets has been delayed for several weeks. Upon demolition of the existing stair, it was determined that field conditions varied from anticipated conditions, requiring adjustments to the design and additional coordination with the contractor. Progress should resume shortly. Thank you for your patience.
