Are you a group or individual with an idea for how to improve your neighborhood park? Apply for a Community Opportunity Fund (COF) project and help make a difference in your community.

As part of the 2012 Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond, the Department’s COF program is a $6 million capital program that encourages residents, neighborhood groups and park advocates to propose capital projects that will improve their local parks –  this can include many different types of exciting improvements such as skate parks, benches, drinking fountains, play equipment, sports courts and more!

The workshops are mandatory for all applicants that did not apply for Round 4. If you have any questions about this, contact Karen (contact info below).
