National Day of Unplugging

youth hiking outdoors, national day of unplugging

Join the SF Recreation and Park Department in celebration of Reboot’s National Day of Unplugging (NDU), sundown to sundown, March 6-7.

Get out and play with SF Rec. & Park for fun unplugging activities throughout the day, including volunteer cleanup days, community events, free trail walks, Zumba classes and Mobile Rec.

Reboot’s National Day of Unplugging is once a year but it is designed to remind us of the importance of unplugging from our devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc.) regularly at times throughout the year to refocus our attention on the world around us and reconnect with family, friends and ourselves.

Rec and Park’s unplugged activities are in partnership with the San Francisco Unified School District and the San Francisco Children, Youth and Their Families.
