National AIDS Memorial Grove On-going Volunteer Project

This event has passed.

In 1988 a group of San Franciscans began the task of creating a space for those devastated by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Volunteers worked in the grove to create the remarkable meditative space it is today. Their work continues monthly to maintain the large body of work done on the grove and plant native plants. You too can be a part of this special space in Golden Gate Park. Please wear closed toed shoes, long pants and layers. Light refreshments provided. Meet at Bowling Green dr. and Middle dr.
