Volunteer with the Audubon Society at the Bison Paddock of Golden Gate Park and help to restore the habitat of the endangered white crown sparrow.  Lend a hand with weeding and tending a garden of native plants that comprise a critical nesting area for the endangered sparrow.  Please wear appropriate attire: closed toed shoes, long pants and layers of clothing.  Light refreshments are provided.  Meet at the Bison Paddock, on JFK Drive between 36th Avenue and Chain of Lakes Drive East.
