Celebrate World Water Day and the recent completion of significant water conservation projects at three city parks–Jefferson Square, Alta Plaza and Balboa Park. In total, these improvements will save the city 5 million gallons of water each year and maximize the use of non-potable water in our parks. Join us for brief remarks, project information and a demonstration of the new irrigation features at Jefferson Square.
