For decades, locals have enjoyed the beautiful natural landscape and varied recreational offerings at the historic Glen Canyon Park. In recent years, residents have voiced the need for renovating the park and in 2008, voted to allocate nearly $6 million to preserve the park’s natural features and improve existing facilities.

Available space might change depending on returning players . San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department and SFFD Flame Athletics present SFYBL Spring Mustangs Youth Baseball. Individual players (or groups of players) ages 9 to 10, as of April 30, 2017 that want to sign up for a kid pitch team and have a SFRPD coach, sign up below for the location and time that you want to practice. Teams will be formed based on the sign ups. Fees include one practice per week, a uniform, a coach and entry into the SFYBL Baseball league. Games start March and practices start the first week of March . Games will be on a weekday and Saturdays. If a team with a coach wants to register, please go to the SFYBL website (http://sfybl.org/). Please read the Player Transfer Rule #3 prior to registering.

San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department and SFFD Flame Athletics present SFYBL Spring Youth Baseball. Individual players (or groups of players) ages 5-7, as of April 30, 2017, that want to sign up for a coach pitch team and have a SFRPD coach, sign up below for the location and time that you want to practice. Teams will be formed based on the sign ups and placed in the Shetland Coach Pitch Division. If a class is full at a particular location, you can wait list and we will try to form other teams. Fees include one practice per week, a uniform, a coach and entry into the SFYBL Baseball league. Games start March and practices start on the first week of March . Games will be on Saturdays.
