California red-legged frog egg masses at Sharp Park

With the heavy rains this fall, California red-legged frogs (CRLF) have begun breeding at Sharp Park. The wetlands around Laguna Salada and Horsestable Pond at Sharp Park are breeding and foraging habitat for CRLF and another federally protected species the San Francisco garter snake. Please help us protect these species by obeying posted signs and keeping out of this sensitive area.
