I am delighted to announce that the Walter Haas Playground Dog Play Area will reopen on Sunday, July 1st at 1:00 pm. Sen. Wiener and Sup. Sheehy will be in attendance, as we honor them for their support for the improvements at Walter Haas DPA.
The turf is almost fully installed and we hope to reopen the Walter Haas Dog Play Area by early July. I will confirm the opening date the week of June 25th. Thank you for your patience as we make these improvements.
One of the final elements of the short-term repairs as identified in the Conditions Assessment is the stabilization of masonry elements on the exterior of the building.
