Twin Peaks Urban Trails Project

Twin Peaks is one of the most-visited natural areas, with stunning 360-degree views of the city and surrounding Bay Area. The Peaks Trail's steps are failing and difficult to use; the Urban Trails Program will build new steps, retaining walls, and guard rails, and install wayfinding signs. These measures will improve public safety, reduce erosion, and help preserve adjacent habitat.
