Project Insight
Project Insight is RPDʼs home for Adaptive Recreation. For over 30 years, Project Insight (PI) has provided a wide range of adaptive recreation programs for people who
are Deaf and hard of hearing, blind and visually impaired, and people who have other disabilities. In Fall 2010, Project Insight became the home for all adaptive recreation
programs and activities. We are working with community partners and partner agencies to expand our offerings, to meet the diverse needs of our community.

All Project Insight programs are led by caring Recreation Leaders and Specialists,experienced in working with diverse populations and communities.

Silver Tree: Did you ever wish there was an outdoor day camp designed especially for your child with autism? There is! Entering its second year, Recreation and Park's Camp Azure at Silver Tree combines experienced staff, enhanced activities, and a beautiful camp setting, to ensure your child has a great camp experience!
Discovery Camp: Camp Azure, Recreation and Park's hugely successful camp for children with autism is growing! Did you ever wish there was an exploration camp for your child with autism? Now there is! For two two-week sessions this summer, Camp Azure will join up with Discovery Camp! This camp will combine our experienced staff with Discovery Camp's incredible art, science, and sports activities in an environment where your child has the appropriate support to experience Discovery Camp.
